• Coordinate go-live steps for new clients on Rain's card network.
• Track readiness milestones across clients; flag risks.
• Document go-live requirements, configurations, and status.
• Communicate progress to internal teams.
• Map onboarding workflows and reduce time and errors.
• Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and tracking tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field; recent grad or up to 2 years.
• Strong analytical mindset with practical knowledge of workflow design and operations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage several workstreams.
• Clear communicator across technical and business teams.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; project tracking tools a plus.
• Interest in card networks, payments infra, fintech operations.
