Network Partnerships Associate

📋 Description

• Own relationships with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex; manage day-to-day contacts.
• Identify and project-manage strategic priorities with networks across teams.
• Build and expand network relationships across commercial, product, and tech teams.
• Represent Lithic at network events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Drive strategy and roadmap for each network with milestones.
• Serve as internal resource on network priorities; keep stakeholders aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years forming external enterprise or partner relationships, fintech/payments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute a partnership or account strategy independently.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Product Delivery, and Biz Ops.
• Organized and detail-oriented project manager who can drive multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder; credible with network partners.
• Experience with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) is a plus, but not required.
