🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in port or drayage dispatch operations
- Deep knowledge of drayage operations, container flow, and dispatch planning
- Able to manage high-volume ops in a fast-paced env
- Coordinate onboarding with Terminal Managers for drivers/chassis
- Experience with transportation management systems or logistics software
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
