Collaborate with senior engineers to document SOPs and playbooks.
Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours responses.

🎯 Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT/Networking.
Networking concepts understood.
Familiarity with Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana or willingness to learn.
Comfortable with Linux/Unix systems.
Exposure to cloud environments AWS or GCP desirable.
