- Lead network ops across LAN/WAN, firewall, wireless, secure access
- Oversight for Cisco routing/switching, Palo Alto, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Aruba wireless
- Align network ops with Zero Trust, identity-aware access, segmentation, monitoring
- Oversee incident monitoring, response, and resolution; Major Incident bridges for P1 events

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
- 10+ years IT with 5+ in network operations/engineering/infrastructure
- Experience in enterprise networks: routing, switching, firewall operations
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, segmentation, and secure access
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and Aruba wireless
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ERB/CCB Change Management
