Network Engineer III

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance; identify latency and packet loss.
• Implement VLANs, OSPF and BGP; apply basic security controls.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN incidents; document resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on changes and upgrades.
• Travel to remote sites for installations; provide status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and hold a valid US passport.
• CCNA or JNCIA certification, or willing to attain within 60 days.
• Proven network engineering experience with hands-on design and testing.
• Understanding OSI model, TCP/IP, and routing (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network traffic analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Firewall experience with Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
• UDP multicast, SONET, MSPP, VLANs, GRE, and TCP/IP designs.
• Multi-vendor switching/routing (Juniper/Cisco); WAN optimizers, TACLANEs, optical transport.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years or Master with 1+ year.
