Support enterprise network implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper)
Monitor network performance; resolve connectivity, latency, and packet loss
Implement VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and basic security controls
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN incidents; perform root-cause analysis and document resolutions
Travel to remote locations for installations and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

CCNA or JNCIA certification
Hands-on network design, development, testing
OSI model and TCP/IP understanding
Routing protocols: BGP and OSPF
Firewall experience: Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto
Strong communication: writing and presentations (PowerPoint, Visio)
