Support customers with automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
Build automations based on customer needs for problem resolution.
Analyze deployed networks, playbooks, and docs to document automation scripts.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with automation scripts and tools for reliable execution.
Contribute to the improvement of existing automation processes and tools.
