🎯 Requirements
- 8–12+ years in NetSuite/ERP with hands-on and architecture ownership.
- Deep SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, reporting, dashboards, and NetSuite customization.
- Ability to assess fragile/inefficient environments and define smarter paths.
- Comfort building directly while thinking in systems, scalability, maintainability.
- Experience supporting Finance/Accounting workflows; translate needs into practical tech solutions.
- Strong prioritization, governance, UAT, documentation, and release discipline.
