  • Remediate security events; support networking, EDR, AD, and servers.
  • Deliver high-quality IT technical support to clients via tickets.
  • Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats with security engineers.
  • Ensure security policies are followed and best practices are maintained.
  • Occasional on-site visits to nearby customers; on-call rotation.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-3 yearsโ€™ experience as a NetSec Support Specialist Tier 2.
  • 2+ years managing firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
  • 1+ years working with EDR tools (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike).
  • 2+ years working on Windows technologies (Server, AD, O365).
  • Identify, troubleshoot and analyze security alerts and threats.
  • Knowledge of incident response processes and cybersecurity best practices.
