  • Deliver high-quality IT security support via tickets, remote or onsite.
  • Manage security incidents, vulnerabilities, and user security issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as NetSec Support Specialist Tier 2.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze security alerts and threats.
  • Windows, Linux, and cloud security environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and EDR (SentinelOne/CrowdStrike).
  • Incident response processes and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; strong ticket documentation.
