Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Own and maintain docs for multiple product areas from planning to release.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to understand features and constraints.
• Write and update release notes, feature docs, and user guides for weekly releases.
• Ensure docs are accurate, current, and aligned with terminology and audience guidelines.
• Identify documentation needs, gaps, and dependencies; address outdated content.
• Support release readiness by tracking doc needs across active product changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a technical writer with ownership of product docs.
• Experience writing docs for enterprise software, preferably for B2B SaaS.
• Strong structured writing skills, with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, release-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development and Git-based workflow.
