Define and execute Analytics/Evals/Governance roadmap with clear MVP→v1→v2 sequencing.
Partner with Data Science to productize evaluation, scoring, calibration, drift.
Collaborate with Eng/Observability to standardize telemetry for tool calls/workflows.
Build Agentic Studio UX across Build/Operate/Improve dashboards, drills, alerts.
Establish end-to-end metrics: correctness, timeliness, reliability, impact.
Collaborate with Delivery/CS for operational analytics and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS/DS/Engineering/Statistics; Master’s a plus.
6–10+ years in Product Management and/or Data Science leadership shipping enterprise analytics.
Deep in data modeling, telemetry schemas, ETL/ELT, and analytics correctness.
Experience building real-time and historical analytics reporting.
Experimentation design: A/B testing concepts, uplift, cohorting.
Hands-on with AI/LLM platforms; evaluation methods and observability.
