Territory Account Manager – Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
Location: Zoetermeer office, Netherlands
Reports to: Sr. Regional Manager – NETGEAR Enterprise
NETGEAR is seeking a seasoned Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Enterprise Sales team. This is a pivotal role in our strategic initiative to expand sales of our industry-leading IP networking switching and wireless products across the Benelux region.
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional with deep knowledge of the IT market in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and grow strategic channel partners, with a strong focus on face-to-face engagement. Weekly travel and customer meetings are essential.
Collaborate with the team to enhance distribution channels, onboarding value-added distributors in key verticals to build a robust project pipeline.
Manage and grow top-tier commercial partners across all product categories. Identify and nurture key IT channel partners to increase market share.
Target specific partners (e.g., MSPs) to accelerate adoption of NETGEAR’s wireless access points and switching solutions, supported by our cloud platform.
Develop and execute business plans, proposals, and agreements. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to shape strategy and maintain category leadership.
Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Tech Support, and Operations to optimize sales outcomes.
Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and performance reports. Maintain CRM and other systems with up-to-date partner and prospect data.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher). French is a plus.
Minimum 5 years+ in partner/channel account management within the IT networking sector. Proven track record of managing and growing top-tier accounts.
Strong relationships with CEOs/CTOs and decision-makers in the Benelux IT channel ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in leading and closing high-value sales campaigns. Skilled in business planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
Deep understanding of channel dynamics, partner economics, and how to drive market share growth.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and tenacious. A true hunter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Capable of building executive-level relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Salesforce is highly desirable
Additional Requirements:
Travel will be required to approx. 80% of the time within Benelux region – from joint calls to integrators and end-customers with the partners, to generating awareness/preference/leads at trade shows, to working the corridors of influence at the partner’s offices to drive integration of NETGEAR products as part of the channel partner’s solution offering.
