We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. You’ll drive high-impact hiring across GTM, Engineering, and G&A functions - owning the front end of the funnel and ensuring we attract world-class talent.
What You’ll Do
Lead proactive sourcing and talent mapping to identify and engage top candidates across multiple disciplines.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach strategies.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to align on talent needs and deliver market-driven sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby) and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
Share insights on talent trends, pipeline health, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions.
What You Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing across GTM, Engineering, and G&A roles.
Experience working for a global tech company, supporting distributed teams and diverse markets.
Demonstrated success sourcing globally, with deep experience across the Bay Area, Vancouver (BC), and Europe is preferred.
Proven success in identifying and engaging passive talent in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with modern sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution.
