📋 Description

  • Own the subscription lifecycle end-to-end: awareness to retention.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, trials, and promos to optimize LTV/ARPU.
  • Own subscription UX in NETGEAR's iOS and Android apps.
  • Deliver paywalls, onboarding flows, and contextual upsell journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with App Store/Play billing frameworks.
  • Drive a rigorous experimentation roadmap: A/B tests, funnel diagnostics, cohorts.
  • Partner with Engineering to improve billing reliability, payments, dunning, and fraud mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2C subscriptions with measurable impact on growth/retention.
  • Proven success optimizing mobile subscription funnels across web + App Store/Play.
  • Hands-on familiarity with subscription billing/payments (Stripe, Braintree, Recurly, Chargebee), incl retries/dunning and fraud prevention.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills; cohorting, funnel analytics, pricing tests.
  • Demonstrated agile delivery with Engineering; excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and GTM teams.
  • Working knowledge of App Store/Play subscription ecosystems and policy constraints.
