Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of PC/console publishing channels, leading the development of full product lifecycle operation strategies and creating differentiated promotion plans tailored to each channel’s characteristics.
  • Develop and implement publishing strategies across different game phases based on game features and channel attributes, taking responsibility for key metrics such as pre-registrations, new user acquisition, and retention.
  • Gain deep insights into PC/console gaming market trends, analyze competitor dynamics and channel traffic shifts, and quickly iterate operational strategies.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with channel platforms and manage cross-departmental communication and coordination effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with hands-on experience in publishing and promotion through major overseas PC/console channels; prior involvement in a full PC/console game launch project is a plus.
  • Strong product operation mindset and high data sensitivity, with the ability to adjust channel strategies promptly based on performance data.
  • Passionate about shooter/competitive games, with in-depth playing experience in at least one such title.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
