Head of M&A

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration planning and execution.
• Design cross-functional integration plans across Finance, People, Legal, IT/Security.
• Build integration timelines, critical paths, and governance across orgs.
• Drive readiness from signing to close; partner with Corp Dev to identify requirements and risks.
• Lead cross-functional program management; track milestones and report to exec leadership.
• Oversee post-close G&A and corporate function integration; ensure Day 1 readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in M&A integration, corporate development, consulting, or related fields with post-merger exposure.
• Proven success leading multiple large-scale integrations in fast-paced/high-growth/tech environments.
• Strong understanding of G&A functions: HR/People, Security, IT, Finance, Legal, RevOps.
• Excellent program management; structuring processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
• High emotional intelligence; people-centric approach to solving integration challenges.
• Strong business judgment; handle sensitive information; comfortable with exec stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field—or equivalent experience.
