Senior Database Administrator SQL-Snowflake

We are currently looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA)

• Plan and execute the migration of SQL Server databases and transactional replication schemas to Snowflake.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and minimal downtime throughout the migration process.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance post-migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database architecture with business needs.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for ongoing operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders during and after migration.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Database Administrator.
• On-site scheme NEORIS Office Monterrey/Mexico
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including Service Broker and transactional replication.
• Experience with database migration projects, preferably involving cloud or hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in Snowflake. (Nice to have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
