We are looking for a: Power Platform Developer

Main Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI• Integrate applications with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and functional requirements• Implement automation solutions to optimize internal and client processes• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous team improvement• Document solutions and clearly communicate technical aspects to non-technical audiences

Requirements:

Mandatory:• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell)• At least 4 years of experience in software development• Knowledge of web technologies and Office 365 (SharePoint)• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or Oracle• Familiarity with repositories like GitLab or GitHub• Knowledge of Python and tools like JIRA and Confluence• Advanced English (spoken and written)• Experience working with Agile methodologies• Analytical mindset and design thinking skills

Desirable:• Previous experience in investment banking environments• Spanish language proficiency
