Functional Expert – Transactional Switch

And today, we are looking for a Functional Expert – Transactional Switch 💻✨

Work closely with development teams to implement a new Transactional Switch, ensuring accurate documentation and process mapping for payment-related operations.

• Collaborate with development teams on the implementation of a new Transactional Switch.
• Gather and document processes in English, including payments, transfers, remittances, and collections.
• Analyze requirements to understand business needs and objectives, documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, technical owners, and Product Owners to create flowcharts and process maps for implementation.
• Validate documented processes with technical and business teams to ensure proper execution.
• Manage changes in documentation and processes, keeping stakeholders informed and trained.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating clear communication.

• Banking Expertise: Minimum 5 years in the banking sector, preferably in technology projects.
• Similar Projects: Previous experience implementing Switch systems and/or Payment Hub solutions with end-to-end process focus.
• Process Management: At least 3 years of experience in operational processes for monetary transactions.
• Proven experience in process mapping and documentation in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and tools like Jira.
• Strong understanding of roles within Agile teams (PO, Scrum Master, Architects).
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proactive mindset.
• Language: Advanced English for technical documentation.
