The Role of a Business Analyst
Admin/dev/tech business analysis experience:
- Proven SFDC skills & hands-on knowledge
- Ability to configure declarative solutions in SFDC for core domains (Sales, Service)
- A keen interest in tech and big-thinking problem-solving acumen/desire
- Motivation for growth and developing hard and soft skills
- Been an active contributor on Salesforce implementation projects
Grasp and articulate business process concepts
- Able to quickly translate business issues to SF/CRM tech capabilities/needs
- Excels at capturing & correlating workshop notes & use tools proficiently to produce high-quality assets that are valuable
- Collaborates well with others, see validity in opinions, and challenge norms from a position of confidence or emerging authority
- Communicate confidently and well in my team and with clients
- Produce accurate outputs, with little rework required
Demonstrates technical ability and strengths in a business context
- Strengthening soft skills, business acumen, self-awareness
- Active participation, leaning in, working on areas of discomfort
- Constant/consistent SF platform business/tech learning
- Diligently applying templates, tasks and methodology to high-quality standards (visual, content, structure)
- Achieving positive peer reviews while executing projects as BA

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in business consulting or consulting experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience building client relationships
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Business process focused
- Business writing skills/requirements, user stories
- Demonstrates business acumen and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing)
- Billing Badge and Advanced Billing Specialist Badge
- Salesforce CPQ Certification
