Join us to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians

At Neo, we’re on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. Life at a rapidly expanding tech startup isn’t for everyone. It’s complex, fast-paced, high-pressure, but also incredibly fulfilling. Since its founding in 2019, Neo has gained incredible traction and is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Canada.

The Role

As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will foster cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement effective sales content, processes, and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for a person who has a high degree of accountability and impeccable communication skills as your work will be instrumental in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to succeed.

What You'll be Doing

  • Organize and coordinate go-to-market enablement activities, including new hire onboarding, upskill training, internal communications, process documentation, and recognition programs

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve sales enablement materials such as training decks, playbooks, FAQs, and presentations

  • Design, develop, and optimize internal communications for field teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all channels

  • Collaborate with field sales leaders to identify performance gaps, training needs, and process improvements, driving solutions from planning through execution

  • Own the design, implementation, and measurement of the field sales rewards and recognition program, tracking engagement and effectiveness

  • Support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of sales enablement tools, and processes to enhance productivity

  • Gather feedback and performance data to measure the impact of enablement programs and guide continuous improvement

  • Maintain version control and accessibility of enablement assets to ensure field teams have up-to-date, relevant resources

  • Contribute to a culture of engagement and excellence by celebrating successes and sharing best practices across teams

Who We are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant role or able to demonstrate transferable skills

  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) - able to clearly/concisely articulate ideas and translate obscure concepts into polished communications and/or content

  • Resourceful and able to react quickly and professionally in high pressure situations

  • Meticulous in keeping track of details, schedules, and deadlines

  • Able to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency without neglecting quality and/or accuracy

  • Proactive, able to see potential barriers or issues and solve them before they arise

  • Thrive in working in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • A quick thinking, solutions oriented problem-solver who finds creative solutions and can bring a ‘wild idea’ to life through detailed execution plans

  • Experience with Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
