The Role
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will foster cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement effective sales content, processes, and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for a person who has a high degree of accountability and impeccable communication skills as your work will be instrumental in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to succeed.
What You'll be Doing
Organize and coordinate go-to-market enablement activities, including new hire onboarding, upskill training, internal communications, process documentation, and recognition programs
Create, maintain, and continuously improve sales enablement materials such as training decks, playbooks, FAQs, and presentations
Design, develop, and optimize internal communications for field teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all channels
Collaborate with field sales leaders to identify performance gaps, training needs, and process improvements, driving solutions from planning through execution
Own the design, implementation, and measurement of the field sales rewards and recognition program, tracking engagement and effectiveness
Support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of sales enablement tools, and processes to enhance productivity
Gather feedback and performance data to measure the impact of enablement programs and guide continuous improvement
Maintain version control and accessibility of enablement assets to ensure field teams have up-to-date, relevant resources
Contribute to a culture of engagement and excellence by celebrating successes and sharing best practices across teams
Who We are Looking For
3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant role or able to demonstrate transferable skills
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) - able to clearly/concisely articulate ideas and translate obscure concepts into polished communications and/or content
Resourceful and able to react quickly and professionally in high pressure situations
Meticulous in keeping track of details, schedules, and deadlines
Able to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency without neglecting quality and/or accuracy
Proactive, able to see potential barriers or issues and solve them before they arise
Thrive in working in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-performance environment
A quick thinking, solutions oriented problem-solver who finds creative solutions and can bring a ‘wild idea’ to life through detailed execution plans
Experience with Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
