The Role
At Neo, we are reimagining how Canadians experience financial products, making them smarter, simpler, and more rewarding. Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Lifecycle Operations Manager to join us in building meaningful customer experiences through powerful communications and campaigns.
The Lifecycle Operations Manager is a marketer with systems thinking who will own the technical backbone of Neo’s customer communication ecosystem. This role is the power operator of Iterable - executing communication strategies through workflows, automations, and complex logic that connect across channels.
They act as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring campaigns are built efficiently, delivered flawlessly, and tracked accurately. They continuously refine processes, maintain workflow health, and ensure compliance, data accuracy, and system scalability as new initiatives are launched.
What you'll be doing:
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and customer journeys, and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
Scope and maintain CRM and attribution tracking documentation for new initiatives.
Manage deep link setup and QA across campaigns and journeys.
Own QA for language, grammar, compliance, and technical delivery.
Support setup and deployment of non-product communications through Iterable.
Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and reporting.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot)
Deep understanding of data and analytics and how they can relate to marketing initiatives.
A vision for personalized communications and digital marketing
Passion for working in a startup with a high velocity output
Logical and analytical thought process
Ability to understand technical information at a fast pace
Previous experience using html, css, or handlebars for campaign template creation to support dynamic content
