• Onboard the first 100 Insiders and guide later cohorts.
• Lead weekly onboarding sessions; define community norms.
• Publish engagement prompts across Reddit, Discourse, and email.
• Tag and activate Insiders to boost visibility in threads and campaigns.
• Track advocacy moments (referrals, posts, event participation).

🎯 Requirements

• Community management or customer advocacy experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Reddit and Discourse.
• Experience with email campaigns.
• Data-driven; track NPS and engagement metrics.
• Onboarding and training facilitation skills.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams.
