As a Neko Signature Concierge, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our most valued members experience —delivering seamless and personalised care across every touchpoint. Responsible for managing Signature member journeys end-to-end, ensuring every interaction reflects our highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and care. The ideal candidate is a service-driven professional who thrives in high-touch environments and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences. You will manage Signature member journeys end-to-end, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Booking &Onboarding:
  • Create and manage Signature member bookings within Neko platforms including profile creation, troubleshooting andcollaborate with Executive Assistants (EAs) to ensure smooth coordination
  • Ensure all member information is completed prior to appointments and Signature members have all the information they need.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
  • Clinic Visit Experience:
  • Personally greet Signature members and escort them through their visit.
  • Ensure Neko Health Centres are ready for Signature member visits.
  • Liaise with clinic teams to resolve any issues affecting Signature member appointment and flag any experience concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow-Up & Support:
  • Work with relevant Stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions are completed within 48 hours to maintain service standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Signature member questions and requests.
  • Monitor Zendesk and other systems to ensure Signature members are prioritised and supported.
  • Program Support:
  • Collaborate with product,marketingand legal teams to improve our systems and processes that support Signature members
  • Contribute to the development of a Signature member Playbook, including SOPs, tone of voice guidelines, and escalation protocols
  • Support the rollout of new Signature member system features,processesand training.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-touch customer support.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity withscheduling platforms is preferred
  • A proactive mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Language skills or cultural sensitivity are beneficial for supporting international members.
