Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our UK clinical teams. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.

At Neko, our clinical team is at the heart of our service — they play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience to our members as they begin their preventative health journey. Your work will directly impact the quality and care our members receive, making every hire count.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership to find outstanding healthcare professionals who are excited about working in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilites:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of clinical roles (e.g. GPs, Nurses, HCAs).
  • Source candidates using a mix of channels: job boards, direct outreach, referrals, events, and more.
  • Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, ensuring speed, clarity, and professionalism throughout.
  • Keep our ATS up to date, and use data to track performance and improve processes.
  • Support the development of hiring collateral (job ads, interview guides, outreach messaging).
  • Contribute to building an inclusive, efficient, and compliant hiring process that reflects Neko’s values and ambition.
  • Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with some time spent hiring healthcare professionals in the UK.
  • You’ve recruited high-volume specialist roles and use data to drive decisions, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • You love delivery — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates is your sweet spot.
  • Strong organisational skills: you can juggle multiple roles and stakeholders without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with clinical professionals and internal teams alike.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
  • Passionate about healthcare and excited by the idea of helping shape a better system through innovation.
