About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our UK clinical teams. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
At Neko, our clinical team is at the heart of our service — they play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience to our members as they begin their preventative health journey. Your work will directly impact the quality and care our members receive, making every hire count.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership to find outstanding healthcare professionals who are excited about working in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment.
