This is a fully on-site position based in our Clarence, Missouri branch.

What You’ll Do

As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in serving our customers with professionalism and care. You’ll handle day-to-day banking transactions, maintain accurate records, and help customers feel confident and secure in their financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with Daily Transactions – Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money grams, and other account-related services, always ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies.
• Protect Customer Information – Maintain confidentiality and remain alert to any potential information security threats.
• Deliver Friendly Service – Build strong relationships with customers by offering efficient, helpful, and confidential support.
• Support Operational Accuracy – Reconcile cash drawers, manage debit card requests, and handle outgoing mail.
• Follow Security Procedures – Participate in dual-control functions and maintain compliance with all operational and security policies.
• Stay Informed & Compliant – Complete required and voluntary training to stay current on policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Be a Team Player – Contribute to the success of the team by jumping in where needed and supporting your coworkers.
