As a
Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist (B2B/B2C), you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.How your day-to-day work will look like:

Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.✅
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and IT to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns.✅
Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance.✅
Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates continuously.✅
Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for optimization. ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to drive innovation and maximize the impact of Adobe Journey Optimizer.This would make you the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ +1 Years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer. ✨ Experience working with B2B. ✨ Certifications are desired - Business Practitioner is possible, but better to have Developer or deeper ones. ✨ Experience with Integrations using AJO, and experience with the new feature regarding B2B. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
