Job description

Nearsure is seeking a Senior Backend Dynamics CRM Developer to join our Talent Connection program. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations
• Integrate CRM with external systems via RESTful APIs and data pipelines
• Implement data models, business logic, and security controls
• Write clean, well-documented code and perform unit testing
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD processes

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
• Backend development experience using C#/.NET
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, and data integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and DevOps practices
• Proficient with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
