(UP042) AEP Engineer - Talent Connection

Overview

NearSure is seeking an AEP Engineer to join the Talent Connection team. This is a remote role open to candidates in Latin America. The AEP Engineer will help design, build, and maintain engineering pipelines and analytics solutions that support NearSure's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEP engineering components and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, and operations.
• Write clean, scalable code; ensure reliable deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience as a software/engineering professional, with a focus on data pipelines and analytics.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data tooling.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, diverse team.
