Overview

Nearsure is seeking a Tech Consultant to support Adobe Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) initiatives as part of the Talent Connection program. This remote LATAM-friendly role focuses on implementing and optimizing RTCDP solutions for clients, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design RTCDP implementations.
• Configure and optimize Adobe RTCDP data pipelines, audiences, and activation.
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data integration issues.
• Provide guidance on best practices for identity stitching, event data, and identity graphs.
• Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers and marketers to deliver outcomes.
• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to clients.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP or similar customer data platforms; consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; comfortable working in remote LATAM environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements; willingness to travel if needed (or none).
