Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Configure journey templates, activities, and automations
• Define audience segments and integrate data with Adobe Experience Platform
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to translate business goals into journeys
• Monitor performance, test variations, and optimize campaigns
• Provide guidance on best practices for marketing automation and journey orchestration

Requirements

• Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and customer journey orchestration
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform or related data integration is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
