DevOps Release Manager - Talent Connection

Remote role for Latin America. Lead release management initiatives, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliable deployments across development, staging, and production environments for Nearsure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across multiple engineering teams and time zones.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Manage environments (dev, staging, production) and develop robust rollback and incident response plans.
• Collaborate with security, QA, and platform teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps release management or release engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting skills (bash/PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-have

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management.
