Overview
Nearsure is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Talent Connection team. You will translate business needs into actionable analysis, requirements, and data-driven improvements across our talent and recruitment platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Talent Connection.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in talent processes.
- Define metrics, create dashboards, and support decision-making with clear insights.
- Draft user stories and work with product and engineering to implement changes.
- Assist with testing, validation, and change management for new features.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in HR tech or talent-management domains.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL/Excel or BI tools.
- Ability to communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
