Job Summary
Senior Fullstack Python Engineer – Talent Connection at Nearsure. Location: Latin America. This role focuses on building scalable web applications using Python on the backend and modern frontend technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python (Django/Flask).
- Build frontend components using JavaScript/TypeScript with React or similar frameworks.
- Design robust REST/GraphQL APIs, integrate with PostgreSQL and other data stores.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews; contribute to architecture decisions.
- Write automated tests, ensure code quality, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize performance, monitor systems, and address security and reliability concerns.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong Python development experience (Django/Flask).
- Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React or similar.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
