Nearsure is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment in a 360 capacity. This role focuses on technical hiring across North America, including Mexico, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. The position may involve collaboration with remote teams and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle IT recruitment from sourcing to offer management in a 360 role.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, present candidates, collect feedback, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking in Greenhouse and provide recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• Proven track record filling technical roles (software, DevOps, data, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse) and modern recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across time zones.
