Nearsure is looking for a Senior Frontend React Engineer to join our remote-first engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a distributed environment and can ship high-quality UI features for LATAM customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable front-end features using React and TypeScript
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement delightful user experiences
Build reusable components and design systems to ensure consistency across products
Optimize performance and accessibility across all users
Write comprehensive tests and participate in code reviews
Contribute to architecture and design decisions and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

5+ years of frontend development experience
Strong experience with React and TypeScript
Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS/SASS
Experience with design systems and component-driven development
Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, Redux, or Node.js
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
