As a
Salesforce Technical Lead, you will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to guide the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.How your day-to-day work will look like:

Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.β
Leading technical design sessions with clients.β
Developing custom solutions and integrations.β
Managing technical scope and client expectations.β
Evaluating system and architectural constraints as well as performance implications. β Designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered. β Code Development: Write and review code, develop custom functionalities, and integrate third-party applications using programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. β Provide mentorship to customers and internal development teams, sharing insights on best practices, coding standards, and the capabilities of the Salesforce platform (including both "point-and-click" configuration and code customization). β Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, addressing issues related to data integration, performance, security, and more. β Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate efforts, and create implementation plans to ensure successful project delivery. β Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA, and other Developers, to ensure seamless communication and alignment between technical and business needs. β Utilize strong customer-facing skills to support pre-sales processes. β Manage and lead platform upgrades and updates, staying current with Salesforce releases and assessing their impact on existing implementations. β Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and coding guidelines. Contribute regularly to support the scalability of our rapid growth. β Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce features to recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing implementations. β Provide training to development teams and end-users, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively use and maintain Salesforce applications.This would make you the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.β― β¨ 5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce consulting. β¨ 3+ Years of experience working with Lightning, LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. β¨ 2+ Years of experience working in a Technical Lead or Developer role. β¨ 2+ Years of Web Services development experience. β¨ Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). β¨ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. β¨ Knowledge of Salesforce APIs. β¨ Strong understanding of the Development Lifecycle, release management, org strategy, branching strategies, and deployment methodologies. β¨ Functional knowledge of additional products in the Salesforce suite (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, AWS/Amazon Connect, etc.). β¨ Ability to refine user stories with technical considerations (security, scalability, performance, extensibility). β¨ Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, Marketing, AWS, Azure, Reporting). β¨ Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies. β¨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
