About the project:
You are passionate about AI and automation and always think of ways to improve existing processes. You are eager to learn and interact with various teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
You will be able to:
- Define the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions.
- Develop and implement AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions.
- Develop and implement internal tools for our routing solutions.
- Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve routing strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and payment technologies.
- Ensure that routing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with other product teams to ensure that routing solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities.
- Lead the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management.
- 3+ Years of experience working with SQL.
- 1+ Years of experience working with AI and Automation technologies and their applications in transaction routing.
- Payment ecosystem experience.
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
