Nearsure is seeking a mid-level marketing automation professional to manage Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns remotely across Latin America. You will design, implement, and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to drive data-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer across multiple channels.
• Configure audiences, segments, and decision rules to tailor messaging.
• Set up and optimize campaign workflows, triggers, and messages.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize journeys based on data.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams; document processes and best practices.
• Maintain governance and privacy considerations; ensure compliance with data policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or a related marketing/tech role.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience with data integration and SQL or similar query languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus given LATAM remote location.
