Job Description

The Business Analyst will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable specifications. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process improvement, and clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and functional specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards to support decision making
• Assist with testing, user acceptance, and release readiness
• Communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
• Ensure data quality and governance practices are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
