Overview
Nearsure is seeking a Senior Fullstack Python Engineer to help build scalable web applications in a remote Latin America environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Develop frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in CI/CD processes
- Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews
- Optimize performance and scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong Python proficiency with Django/Flask/FastAPI
- Experience with React or other modern JS frameworks
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker)
