Overview

Nearsure is seeking a Senior C# Engineer to join our software team. You will design, build, and optimize high-performance backend services, collaborating with product and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications
• Architect scalable backend services and APIs
• Write reliable, testable code; participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones
• Optimize performance and monitor production systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development with strong C#/.NET experience
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and ORM (Entity Framework)
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
