Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of mobile features for iOS and Android.
• Mentor and grow a team of mobile engineers; set standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define roadmaps.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, and quality across mobile apps.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and release processes.
• Review code and provide feedback; help hire and onboard new engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience shipping production mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Strong proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android); experience with cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with mobile app performance monitoring, crash analytics, and release processes.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native or Flutter
• Experience with backend services, push notifications, analytics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
