Nearsure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for our SaaS offerings in a remote-first environment, supporting customers across Latin America. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define features, prioritize the product backlog, and measure impact.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and roadmap; translate strategy into actionable plans
- Gather and translate customer needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features
- Define metrics, run experiments, and iterate to improve outcomes
- Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor\'s degree; MBA preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with Latin American markets
- SQL or data analytics skills
