Overview

Nearsure is seeking a Senior NAV/Business Central Architect to design and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for clients in the Latin America region. This remote role requires strong ERP architecture experience, hands-on AL extension development, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design and delivery of NAV/Business Central solutions
• Define data models, integrations, and migration strategies
• Collaborate with clients, product teams, and external partners
• Ensure solution security, performance, and maintainability
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NAV/Business Central architecture and delivery experience
• Hands-on experience with AL/extension development and ERP implementations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment
