Overview

Nearsure is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design, build and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core, collaborating with product, design and QA to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to refine requirements and translate them into high-quality code.
• Build RESTful APIs, implement testable modules, and ensure code quality through reviews and unit tests.
• Participate in architecture and performance improvements; optimize security and scalability.
• Follow CI/CD practices and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and ORMs (Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or front-end integration.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus.
