(1053) Senior Product Manager

Nearsure is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our LATAM remote market. In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data to deliver customer-focused software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap prioritization and backlog management.
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics; gather user insights through interviews and data analysis.
• Write clear PRDs and specs; collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Work with regional teams across LATAM to ensure product-market fit and successful rollouts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (adoption, retention, revenue) and iterate to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into product actions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or payments.
• SQL or analytics experience and familiarity with product analytics tools.
