- Perform eddy current and ECA inspections on aerospace components to detect defects
- Calibrate, configure, and operate ECA systems for accurate data capture
- Analyze ET and ECA inspection data per NAS-410, ASTM, ASME
- Perform Dye Penetrant (PT) and Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) inspections as needed to support cross-method validation and coverage
- Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain traceable records for each inspection
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve findings and support continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent; certs/associate degree preferred
- Level II certs in ET, PT, VT, UTT per NAS-410
- 3–5 years aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience
- Experience with ECA systems and software (Olympus, Zetec)
- MS Office and digital inspection tools proficiency
